Guangzhou Association of Real Estate Agents

Guangzhou Association of Real Estate Agents(GAREA) is self organized by Guangzhou Real Estate Licensed Agents and registered by Bureau of Civil Affairs of Guangzhou Municipality as well as non-profit legal entity. GAREA is under the administration of the Guangzhou Land Resources and Housing Authority.

Any real estate broker, agent or real estate related individual can apply for and become GAREA member after the approval of GAREA. They must recognize the Constitution of GAREA and undertake the member’s obligations. Also they must be willing to follow the real estate rules and have passion of working for association voluntary

Scope of the GAREA

• (A) GZREA(Guangzhou Association of Real Estate Agents) should under the instructions of the Government Administration Department, board casting the Real Estate Laws and the polices, making Real Estate field standard performant and self disciplines.
• (B) GZREA should do research and study developing and revolution direction of the real estate field and report the statues to the government immediately.
• (C) Strengthen cooperation with the media to collect and spread the information of domestic and international real estate brokerage consulting industry, editing and publishing industry publications as well as organizing industry-academic exchange activities and providing services the members.
• (D) To organize friendly exchanges and cooperation activities amount the domestic and oversea associations and public entities on the economic technology and studies, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions.
• (E) To organize technical training and continuing education of the real estate brokerage consulting industry so as to improve overall level of the industry.
• (F) To undertake the assignments and entrusted affair by the main administration department of government, such as real restate license registration also the agent and brokerages administration.
• (G) To strengthen the education of industry ethics and disciplinary to improve the image of the industry brand names.
• (H) To carry out other activities conduciving to the development of the industry as needed.
